Day 1st:- 
- Working At Height Hazards 
- Working on Ladder 
- Working on Scaffolding 
- Working on Man lift
-Working on Man Riding Basket 

Day 2nd:- 
- OSHA controls for WAH 
- OSHA Standardizing for controlling the working and at heights places and Drops areas.
- Inspection methods for the working site include activities for lifting operation and working at height.
- PFS system.
- Hierarchy of  Control for working at height activities hazards.

Day 03:- 
- Inspection for lifting tools and lifting equipment.
- Preparing the PTW Package  for lifting operation
- Preparing for Lifting Plan for normal lifting, Heavy Lifting, Man Riding Basket, and Tower Crane.

Day 04:- 
- Lifting Team Responsibilities and Lifting Members.
- Rigging Operator Responsibilities.
- Crane load capacity and lifting capacity calculation.
